The Infamous Influenza A(H1N1)

Another confirmed victims from Ateneo de Manila. An article from Inquirer.net. Classes were suspended for 10 days. According to the article, the infections were mild and the students are now feeling better.

It's hard not to be paranoid with this situation. Even if some infections are mild. Knowing that there are several instances of this virus where found. Most of them were foreingers (mostly students) and locals who have been to abroad (maybe on vacation). Even in our office premises, people got so paranoid when a co-worker was infected with a flu (no affirmation of AH1N1!) and knew that she came from Zambalez (the place where first infection was found.)
