Yesterday, I had my first examination for work at Fujitsu Ten Solutions. The examination was for the position associate system engineer. I would say that it was an experience since I don't have any clue on what could possibly happen. Based on my observation, I think ako lng ata yung mag-OJT e. And I don't think alam nung HR, which Ms. Luna (by the way she's hot), na ako ay mag-OJT lamang. Most of the people I talked to is struggling for a job. I think I've just heard someone said "If this thing doesn't work, I will take a job muna at a call center." I don't think your four or five years of struggling at school is worth it if you would even think of applying for a job at a call center.
I got up at 5:30am and I reviewed my C++. I went off at 7am and arrived at 7:30am. It was fast since it was an early Saturday morning. As usual, Bumili ako ng baon ko, yosi, candy at tubig. I puffed a stick then went to the office. As I entered the room, it was filled with tension since my competitor would be just around the corner. The room is silent. Actually, busy lng sila sa pag-sagot sa application form. About 8:15am we were asked to go to the main examination room. We were about 30+ examinees. We had different positions. Most are for QAs. First exam, I.Q. test. Biruin mo nakapasa ako. Ang hirap nung math tsaka nung English. But the rest was just fine. The exam started at 8:30am and lasted until 11pm. After the exam, I rushed down stair to take a yosi break. Around 12pm we when back to the room and did our next exam which is the technical exam for the ASE. The technical exam was easy, i guess. Karamihan sa mga tanong ay puros "What's the output of the C++ program?" may choices pa. San ka pa? And the conversion part alright. The exam that made my day complete was the personality exam. We had to answer 60 SAC sentences. This is where you had to complete the sentence for example "My sex life - ..." We also had a 300 YES or NO questions.
At first, I thought that taking this exam is just for fun. Taking chances.. But I guess working at Fujitsu might be good. Well hope i'd pass.. Hehe..
